BANANA SPICE WAFFLES

Vegan Banana Spice Waffles

Ingredients

1 Cup Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk

2 Tbsp Oil (I use Grape Seed Oil )

1 Mid-Sized Banana, Peeled

2 Cups Flour (I use All-Purpose Flour)

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth but be certain not to over blend or your waffles will be tough.
  3. Let your batter rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. While your batter rests, heat your waffle iron and spray it with oil
  5. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until either your "ready" light turns on or they cook to your desired browning. 
  6. Serve with vegan butter, syrup of your choice, or eat alone. These are just that tasty!
